Who We Are
We are a team of programmers, strategists, and builders who spent our careers inside Fortune 100 companies. We got tired of watching the same institutions win over and over while the rural businesses and communities that hold small-town America together were left to figure it out alone.
We know what it looks like when a large organization has a full grants team, a legal department, and a lobbying budget. We also know what it looks like when a rural health or education organization is run by three people who are too busy keeping the lights on to spend forty hours writing a federal application.
That gap between who can access funding and who should is the problem we built ApotheCare to solve.
As a Limited Cooperative Association, we are accountable to the communities we serve, not to shareholders. The people we work with have a seat at the table. That structure is intentional, because we believe the organizations doing the hardest work in the hardest places deserve more than a vendor. They deserve a partner.
We Know How the Game Is Played
We spent years inside large institutions, learning how funding gets allocated, how decisions get made, and who the system is built to favor. We left so we could use that knowledge differently.
We Bet on Small Towns
Rural communities, tribal nations, and alternative schools don't lack ambition or need. They lack access. We exist to close that gap.
We Build, We Don't Just Advise
Our team comes from engineering and operations, not just consulting. We build real systems, write real applications, and stay until the program is running.
