ApotheCare LCA (“ApotheCare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Limited Cooperative Association operating at apothe.care. We help rural health providers, tribal communities, government offices, and alternative schools access federal grant funding for health programs.

We collect only information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, organization, and email address when you submit our contact form or send us an email directly.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, payment information, or health records through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request
  • Follow up on conversations about grant-connecting services
  • Communicate updates about ApotheCare programs (only if you have opted in)
